The first two days are considered cleansing and involve the use of low-fat kefir in any quantity. The cleansing process is better to start on weekends, since kefir gives a laxative effect, which contributes to the cleansing of the intestine.

The remaining 19 days is strictly limited to the consumption of fats and carbohydrates. In this case, the food is alternating daily according to the following scheme:

  • in protein days, only food of animal origin is used - meat, fish, low-fat dairy products, eggs;
  • in vegetable - exclusively fruits, vegetables, a little grain is allowed.

The effectiveness of the diet is from 5 to 9 kg for 21 days. Also, with weight loss, the condition of the skin and hair is noticeably improved. In general, any diet separate food, regardless of its duration, is able to have much benefit not only in weight loss, but also for the transformation of appearance.

Contraindications

Due to the presence of all these minuses, a separate diet has a rather large list of contraindications. It is forbidden to observe if available:

  • diabetes;
  • any problems with the gastrointestinal tract;
  • diseases of the kidneys, liver;
  • violations of exchange processes;
  • pregnancy, breastfeeding;
  • rehabilitation period after illness, injury, surgical intervention;
  • inflammatory or infectious diseases;
  • exacerbations of chronic diseases;
  • mental disorders of food behavior (bulimia, anorexia).

Also diet separate food can not be used in children's, adolescent and old age.
