The development of professional competence is the development of creative individuality, the formation of susceptibility to pedagogical innovation, abilities to adapt in a changing pedagogical environment. The socially economic and spiritual development of society directly depends on the professional level of the teacher. The changes occurring in the modern education system make the need to improve the qualifications and professionalism of the teacher, that is, its professional competence. The main goal of modern education is compliance with the current and promising needs of the person, society and the state, the preparation of the diversified personality of a citizen of its country, capable of social adaptation in society, the beginning of work, self-education and self-improvement. A freely thinking, predicting the results of its activities and the modeling educational process of the teacher is a guarantee of achieving the goals. That is why the demand for a qualified, creatively thinking, competitively capable personality of a teacher who is capable of educating a person in a modern, dynamically changing world increased dramatically. Based on modern requirements, it is possible to determine the main ways of developing the professional competence of the teacher: 1. 2. Research; 3. Innovative activities, work in methodological associations, creative groups; mastering new pedagogical technologies; Various forms of pedagogical support; Broadcast your own pedagogical experience, etc. 4. 5. Active participation in pedagogical competitions and festivals; 6. But not one of the listed methods will not be effective if the teacher himself does not recognize the need to increase its own professional competence. This implies the need to motivate and create favorable conditions for pedagogical growth. It is necessary to create those conditions in which the teacher independently realizes the need to increase its own professional qualities. The development of professional competence is a dynamic process of assimilation and modernization of professional experience leading to the development of individual professional qualities, accumulating professional experience, involving continuous development and self-improvement. GEF and the results of the development of OOP NOO obligate to reconsider their attitude to the use of the ICCS and forces on the formation of their own ICT complexes. Information competence is the quality of the actions of the teacher providing: - effective search and structuring of information; - adaptation of information on the peculiarities of the pedagogical process and didactic requirements; - the formulation of the educational problem by various information and communicative ways; - qualified work with various information resources, professional tools, ready-made software setup complexes that make it possible to design a solution to pedagogical problems and practical tasks; - the use of automated teacher jobs in the educational process; - Regular independent cognitive activities; - willingness to conduct remote educational activities; - the use of computer and multimedia technologies, digital educational resources in the educational process; - maintaining school documentation on electronic media. ICT competence will allow the teacher to be competitive in the labor market, ready for permanent professional growth and professional mobility in accordance with the needs of modern education of the informatization era. According to the outstanding teachers of our time, there are several types of competence: 1. Special competence. Psychologist of the Belarusian competence. The teacher knows the psyche of children, knows how to determine the individual qualities of each student. What is the most important for the successful work of the teacher on new standards? An important teacher's desire to change (in this task of the Institute for Advanced Resources - In order for this desire to appear after training, because often the teachers consider themselves to be sufficient and able to see problems, and not their consequences) to form their professional competence we must learn to teach what - That other, we must be capable of creativity, learn to carry out non-traditional lessons. After all, the lesson is interesting when he is modern. We love traditional lessons, but they are boring. How should a modern lesson look like? What is the newness of the modern lesson in the conditions of the introduction of the second generation standard? Customized and group forms of work in the lesson are organized more often. Gradually overcomes the authoritarian style of communication between the teacher and the student. What requirements are presented to the modern lesson: a well-organized lesson in a well-equipped office should have a good start and good ending. The teacher must plan its activities and the activities of students, clearly formulate the topic, purpose, task of the lesson; The lesson should be problematic and developing: the teacher himself aims to cooperate with students and knows how to send students to cooperate with the teacher and classmates; The teacher organizes problematic and search situations, activates the activities of students; The conclusion make students themselves; minimum reproduction and maximum creativity and creativity; Saving and Heating Saving; in the spotlight lesson children; accounting of the level and capabilities of students, which take into account aspects as a class profile, striving of students, the mood of children; The ability to demonstrate the Methodological Art of the Teacher; feedback planning; The lesson should be kind. About the professional development of the teacher, the effectiveness of the methodological system, the quality of the educational process is evidenced by the following indicators:  Victory and prizes of students in children's creative competitions, festivals, subject responds from municipal to regional levels;  Active participation and prizes of students in the annual scientific and practical conference;  Publications of creative work students on the school and its own website;  high level of competencies formed in students;  High quality knowledge of the subjects taught by me as we need to increase our professional competence? We must use and apply various pedagogical technologies:  Modern innovative technologies,  use problem learning,  make a technological card lesson,  conduct open lessons, to take part in professional competitions, in scientific practical conferences, publish your work. Conclusion: Today, the teacher professional is a teacher who is aware of the need to increase its own professional competence. To form your professional competence, the teacher must continue to learn to teach others, should be able to work, carry out non-traditional lessons. The teacher must be involved in the process of managing the development of the school, which contributes to the development of his professionalism.

One of the features of personnel management is the growing role of the personality of the employee, namely to its level of professional competence. One of the factors affecting the level of motivation is the process of developing professional competence of personnel. Professional competence of personnel This is a set of professional knowledge, skills, skills gained in the process of work activities, which contribute to the performance of functional duties with high productivity. The process of its development and improvement is understood as the purposeful activities of an employee for the acquisition of certain competencies in accordance with modern working conditions and presented by professional requirements.

Motivation and affecting the development of professional competence of personnel to the achievements of the results serve as a link unifying all levels of motivation into a single system that can ensure attracting and retention of talented workers, as well as the rational use of their personal and group potential.

The development of professional competence is conditional in the framework of the three vectors:

The process of development of professional competence in modern conditions is purposefully implemented through training technologies, which initiate the active educational and educational activities of the employee, motivation, organizational culture, professional identity, develop its personal qualities, allow you to build an individual trajectory of the development of professional competencies of workers.

Modern conditions dictate the need to move to the system model of the program development of professional competence of personnel organizations. A new systematic approach provides: 1) upgrading the traditional system of educational development of professional competence; 2) the formation of a professional-adaptive system of educational coaching through the organization of integrated support of the labor professional development of the organization's personnel, as well as the introduction of projects of socio-cultural and motivational development of professional competence of employees.

Modernization of the traditional system of educational development of professional competence determines the three most important areas:

1. The introduction of an integrated mechanism for the relationship of the needs of the economic organization in a particular system of competencies of workers and optimizing educational programs for the formation of professional competence.

2. Readiness to continuously search for new, cost-effective knowledge, competent implementation of information processes, which is the basis of professional employee competencies.

3. Qualified professional activities involves the need to develop not only formal professional knowledge, skills, skills, but also motivational potential.

The formation of a professional adaptive system of educational coaching through the organization of integrated support of the labor professional development of employees of the organization includes the three most important subsystems:

1. Development and implementation in the framework of the economic organization of an independent project aimed at intensifying the process of learning and updating the professional experience of the employee.

2. Formation of a socially transparent system of social assessment and prospects for the development of professional competence of employees of the organization.

3. Ensuring the preparation of a generalized social and professional portrait of various groups of employees, determining the circle of their professional interests, problems and motivation, as well as readiness to perceive new knowledge and their use in socio-cultural and labor practice.

Thus, it can be assumed that additional ways of development and improvement of professional competence contribute to the creation of a favorable educational climate of the organization, which directly affects the increase in labor efficiency, changing the model of labor behavior with an extensive intensive, as well as the level of motivational background. Considering the importance of the development of professional competence of the personnel and the organization itself, it allows us to conclude that the development and improvement of professional competence is the natural need of personnel and contributes to an increase in the level of motivation. However, in order for this need to have a leading employee, the creation of the necessary organizational and educational conditions in the organization is required.

Professional competence is one of the indicators of the qualitative work of the teacher. Increasing its professional level - the desired duty of each teacher. In the work, experience in improving the professionalism of teachers and the educator in the organizing boarding school 8 of Novolinsk

"National Education Doctrine in the Russian Federation" is a conceptual basis for reforming and further development of the education system in Russia for the period up to 2015. It is in the field of education that people who not only form a new information environment of society are prepared and raised, but which will have to live And work in a new environment.

The concept of modernization of education, identified the main directions and stages of an important process of developing our society - "Preparation of pedagogical frames of a new generation and the formation of a fundamentally new culture of pedagogical labor", training teachers who have high qualifications and the necessary information culture.

Priority it becomes an increase in the professional level of teachers and the formation of a pedagogical team corresponding to the requests of modern life. Today, the demand for a highly qualified, creatively worker, socially active and competitive teacher who is able to educate the socialized personality in a quick-marked world has increased.

Recently, phrases are increasingly sound: quality of life, education quality, social success. Improving the quality of education is one of the main tasks declared by the concept of modernization of Russian education. Of course, without the introduction of innovative technologies, modern means of learning, raising the prestige of the profession of teacher, identifying and distributing the advanced pedagogical experience to achieve this. As it is impossible to achieve and without increasing the professionalism of each teacher.

Our school works with children with disabilities. In addition, every year an increasing number of children with a complex defect structure comes to school. The main requirement for the qualification characteristic of the teacher of the correctional school is the presence of medium or higher vocational education and the corresponding special retraining according to the profile of the Correctional Institution VIII type.

The school administration is carried out on the build-up of high-quality personnel potential. In total, 45 teachers work in the boarding school. Analysis of the quality of personnel composition of teachers shows that 2 teachers have a higher category, 26 - the first qualifying category, 7- second category and 10 people have no category yet. These are either newcomer teachers, or teachers who have changed the position within the educational institution.

Work is carried out on the implementation of the program "Frames", calculated until 2015. It includes work to improve the qualifications of teachers within each methodological association, pays great attention to the continuity of professional education of pedagogical workers. If in 2010, only 1 teacher passed professional retraining, which was 2% of the total number of pedagogical composition, then in 2012 there are already 8 people, which is 15% of the total composition of teachers. At the moment there are higher defectological education, and also passed professional retraining of 18 people, which is 40% of the total number of teachers. Social teacher continues training in the specialty "Oligophrenopedagogic". 89% of teachers are provided with advanced training courses.

Regular participation of school teachers in the subject-methodological Olympiad of employees of educational institutions of the Kirov region in the direction of "Correctional Pedagogy" once again confirms the high qualifications of our teachers. In 2011 - 2012 academic year, Pogudina TA became the prize, and Bokova N.V. The winner in the nomination "Teacher-defectologist".

Competitions of pedagogical skills are playing a major role. They give a teacher with the opportunity to become significant in the professional community through an assessment by this society of its pedagogical activities, the implementation of its professional "I" in the contestation conditions will increase its professional level.

In the current school year, teachers actively participated in professional competitions of various levels, representing their work experience. So tutor Chusovitina I.N. He participated in the regional competition "Teacher of the Year 2012" and became the prize in the nomination "Pedagogue of additional education".

Music teacher and singing judges N.A. He participated in the district competition "My best lesson with the use of ICT" and became the winner in the nomination "Pedagogue of a correctional educational institution".

Teacher-logoped Bokova N.V. She became a diploma of the regional competition pedagogical ideas "Open Lesson".She was awarded a diploma I degree. Teachers acquire the experience that can be used in their pedagogical activities both in the process of learning and education and for further improvement of professional skills.

One of the indicators of the quality of education and education is the use of teachers and educators in the educational process of new techniques and technologies. In particular, our school teachers are actively mastering computer technologies, study the possibility of using an interactive boards in lessons and classes in a correctional school. 47% of teachers apply computer technologies in lessons and classes.

Since 2009, the school has worked at a unified psychological and pedagogical topic "Development of creative abilities as a condition for the socialization of pupils of the correctional school VIII of the form." Applying a variety of methods and techniques for the development of children's creative abilities with intellectual failure, using new technologies and successful experience in other teachers, teachers and educators worked on the development of additional practical skills and students' skills based on their psychophysical features and individual capabilities.

The efforts of teachers do not pass in vain. Students please us with their achievements. Pupils of the boarding school regularly take part in the district competitions of children's creativity, and our children do not remain unnoticed. In 2010, the student of 3 grade Sadlov Nikolai was awarded a diploma for participating in the regional contest of drawings dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Russian Olympic Committee. The manufacture of crafts for the exhibition in the framework of the regional competition "The Best By Profession" also makes it possible for children to show their creativity and practical skills.

Participants in the school team in zonal competitions among students' correctional schools on Polyatlon, in ski races become winners in the personal championship and prize-winners in the team championship. The soloists of the Choral Mug "Du-Mi-Solka" have repeatedly became the winners of the "Nolinsky Stars" contest.

Once again, the boarding school participated in the District Competition "Beautiful School". Most of the work on the creation of coziness in school premises was done by the hands of our pupils.

The ultimate goal of special education is:

achieving a student as much as possible independent and independent life as high quality socialization and prerequisites for self-realization in a rapid world.

In this regard, it is possible to bring evidence that almost all graduates of the boarding school continue their studies in professional collections and are successfully employed in the future.

Thus, the positive results of the school's activities are positive changes in the development of the personality of each student: his study achievements, educational, mental functions, creative abilities, health. Working on the formation of a socially adapted personality of a graduate of a school successfully integrated into society, teacher has to pay much attention to self-improvement and self-education, preparation for lessons and extracurricular forms of work. The older the age of students, the more labor costs. As your own experience is generated, the labor costs are reduced. But a huge waste of psychological, temporary, moral and material forces and energies pay off by the final result.
